        carbonoffset_logo.GIF                                                                                                                Green Energy Certificate certifying 96,000kWh of electricity generated through solar power generation was purchased by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government to offset the CO2 emissions emitted during the ICAP Tokyo Conference 2010.
